I relocated to Vancouver, WA. for a new job. Arrived on a Sunday afternoon, got into my apartment on Monday, and had my new Kia Soul on Tuesday. Prior to leaving Louisville, KY. I got online and researched, found Dick Hannah Kia, requested a quote, and got a quick reply back from Curt Torson. I decided to take a leap of faith and gave Curt the first chance at selling me a car. Although I have a low credit score due to student loans, etc. he was able to get me into a NEW 2013 Kia Soul at a lower payment than a pre-owned I was looking at that they had as well. The service from Curt and the finance department and their Allstate insurance rep on site was by far the best I've experienced. I would recommend them hands down without hesitation. They also have by far, hands down, the best post sales customer service I have ever seen. That experience made my relocation so much less stressful. Thanks everyone at Dick Hannah Kia. More
I hadn't purchased a new car since 1978 and I wasn't looking forward to it. In those days, it was a horrible buying a new car. I liked the idea of buying local and I was referred to them by a good friend and also by a co-worker who both had purchased new vehicles from Dick Hannah. Our salesman, Steve Davis, was wonderful to work with and helped us find just the right car. I love my Soul! More

We brought our KIA Sorrento in for our 22,000 mi service yesterday and was greeted by Tara. She is always smiling and happy to see us...making us feel very welcome! She filled out the proper paperwork and yesterday and was greeted by Tara. She is always smiling and happy to see us...making us feel very welcome! She filled out the proper paperwork and I told her about a noise we were hearing so she had a mechanic ride with me to see if he could hear it. Luckily...we heard the noise and they said they would check it out. I was told it would take about 1 1/2 hrs so I decided to wait. Tara took me to the waiting room and showed were the coffee, etc. was. She came back and checked on me periodically to see if I needed anything. I thought it was so kind of her to take time to do this! The service was completed on time, but they had some problems trying to detect where the noise was coming from. Once they found the problem Tara came and explained what it was and said they didn't have the part in stock and would have to order it. I was appreciative of her honestly and said she would contact me when they received the part and we would set up an appointment to have it installed. I am very happy with the appearance of the service department....always clean and orderly. The service department...especially Tara, is always very friendly and eager to answer any questions or concerns we have with our car. We are always told details about what they do for each service and approximate cost. My husband and I are very pleased with our service at KIA and will be back again! Thank You Tara! More
We knew what we wanted and had already spent a few days calling all over Salem, Portland, etc.. It was not fun.... When we finally called Dick Hannah Kia we were surprised to talk to someone who was actual calling all over Salem, Portland, etc.. It was not fun.... When we finally called Dick Hannah Kia we were surprised to talk to someone who was actually helpful, listened to what we wanted and didn't pull the typical BS "oh yea just come by, oh come on down so we can talk pricing" I cannot stand that.. And that is a big reason that we have our new Soul (LoVe iT) At least give them a call I bet you'll be surprised, thanks Khalil! More
Tara is always so helpful and friendly. She remembers me or at least makes me feel like she does every time I come in for services. Kim is not just a freindly face at Dick Hanna, she is very insightful and went out of her way to accommadate my needs. She remembered from a previous service that I can't sit for long periods of time. very insightful and went out of her way to accommadate my needs. Kim made sure to get me scheduled so I could I get to another appointment on time and had a driver take me to a store close by so I could do my shopping while the car was being serviced. I did not have to sit there the whole appointment or pace back and forth while the car was being serviced. I would give a higher rating if available! More
The people there are really friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and helpful. Great with kids, and exceeded my expectations of customer service. We walked in looking for a car and Thomas was able to find the Sorento that best fit our needs. He was really friendly and down to earth throughout the whole process. This being our first car it was a new experience but everyone we talked to was really great and really helpful. Thomas helped us lower our price and Jon helped us get all of the paperwork completed. Thomas also showed me all the buttons and how everything worked in the car which I really appreciated. More
