At the tims of purchase I was dealing with a lot of personal challenges including identity theft and family challenges with a parent being sick. Vanessa was my sales woman and she was a flat out rock star! She made my experience fun! Vanessa went above and beyond she came and pick me up brought me there got me hooked up with my insurance they let me take the car home to give my dog his insulin and then come back and finish filling out the paperwork cuz they were very busy

To all the wonderful people that work at dicks Hannah Dick says yes!!! Being a single mother it’s hard to get ahead in life.. struggling is what I did best and asking for a little help was out of the question.. my job has me traveling and my car was getting ready to have problems. I need a reliable car I wasn’t sure about my credit and had no money. I called a talked to Vanessa and she reinsured me that I would not have no problems getting into a car. Vanessa was full of life and energetic her energy radiating throughout the office. I felt care for and loved. She is was amazing she cared for me like I cared for my patients and that says a lot.... Vanessa thank you for your care and your love and passion for what you do not only did she get me car she got me into a 2019 Nissan Sentra... I couldn’t believe it.... I love it!!! and a big thank you to James wheeler for helping me with the financing.. James your not to bad on the eyes! "Nightmare on McLoughlin Street"

I am beyond words. In all my years, I have never experienced such an unorganized and unprofessional company as I have with Dick Hannah. I have NEVER had such a horrible experience purchasing and obtaining a car- it has become a full-time job. A complaint was filed with the following agencies as of today: CFPB: Complaint ID 190625-4176197 I am an active Marine, based in California. My mother is my POA in Oregon. She and I arranged a car deal with Dick Hannah Nissan which started on March 31, 2019. The salesman, Jared Bicknell, and I were communicating about a vehicle via email when suddenly the communication stopped. He would not respond to myself or my mother. My mother, having a terrible experience with Nissan of Portland in January of this year, placed a not so positive review on Yelp. Within an hour of her review Rachel Best contacted myself and my mother to try and make up for the salesperson. Chris Jarvis took over, and a deal was made - he was great. We then were in Rachel's world, and from there we have been in a constant circle of nonsense. I am going to bullet point the issues because it's too much to go into. Rachel was handling everything: Loan paperwork was to be sent to me 04-03-219 by FedEx 04-10-19 No FedEx no response from Rachel - and an inquiry as to why down payment not pulled from account made to Rachel 04-13-19 Still nothing - contact to Rachel several times inquiring where it was 04-13-19 Rachel said paperwork returned will send out again- reminded to pull the funds out of the account for the down payment 04-16-19 Documents arrived, signed and sent back 04-18-19 4-20-19 Reached out to Rachel- no response 04-20-19 Email to Rachel asking about deal, checking on status - reminder to pull the down payment 04-29-19 Email to Rachel asking about deal, checking on status - reminder to pull the down payment - no response 05-3-19 Email to Rachel asking about deal, checking on status - reminder to pull the down payment- complaining on the length of time for this process 05-04-19 Email from Rachel - deal funded, will pull down payment - Inquired with Rachel on due date- since loan paperwork shows 05-19-19- however not funded till 05-04-2019- checking to see if that was still correct and the company to pay - no response 05-06-19 Email to Rachel asking when payment is due and to whom- 05-11-19 Email to Rachel -reminder to pull down payment -asked if vehicle could be shipped - what expense would be 05-18-19 Email to Rachel asking if shipping could happen, cost and when - reminder to take funds 05-20-19 Rachel stated waiting to hear back from transport company 05-20-19 Email to Rachel asking who the payment is made to, no loan docs from the company- she didn’t respond to the past requests on who funded the deal 5-23-19 Rachel advised shipping 500 would two days to ship 05-28-19 Email to Rachel asking when it will be delivered - reminder to take down payment 05-29-19 Email to Rachel asking when it will be delivered so a ride could be arranged from base 05-30-19 Rachel provided the address of the auto auction the car was being delivered to- and it would be there by that Friday 05-31-19 Email from Rachel stating we had not paid the down payment - she shipped the car - and her corporate office was putting the heat on her 06-1-19 Email to Rachel asking the status of the delivery verify date and times 06-7-19 Email to Rachel asking the status because the vehicle is not at the auction 06-4-19 Email to Rachel demanding a resolution and compensation for time, gas and anxiety over this vehicle 06-4-19 Email from Rachel stating waiting for the car to be picked up and at the auction 06-14-19 6-13-19 Email and text to Rachel to confirm car at auction - no response- car 06-14-19 Texts to Rachel stating heading to auction- no resp 06-14-19 Email to Rachel demanding resolution 06-14-19 Text from Rachel - waiting on confirmation will get back to us - nothing from her again 06-17-19 Text to Rachel requesting update- 06-17-19 Rachel sent a text stating transport company brought the car back to her at dealership- dropped it off and told no one it was there. Had to have the car key made and reprogrammed. States car should be at auction 1-2 days- Friday at the latest. 06-17-19 Text to Rachel asking if the car could be taken to girlfriend’s house as the auction is over 1.5 hours away - she said she would get back and let us know 06-18-19 Text to Rachel asking for update on delivery - Rachel sent text stating she was driving - no further response 06-19-19 Text to Rachel asking for update on delivery- no response 06-20-19 Text to Rachel asking for update on delivery- no response 06-21-19 Text to Rachel, calls to dealership- no response 06-24-2019 - Have not heard from Rachel since I just made my third car payment today for the 7-19-2019 due date and we still do not have the vehicle or response from this dealership. State of Oregon Department of Justice -Confirmation ID 632673 I purchased a vehicle in April. There was a delay in the funding, there was a delay in the dealership taking the down payment out of the account, and there was delay in the vehicle getting delivered - the vehicle still has not been delivered to me as agreed. I have email and text chains between the Finance Manager, My Mother (who is my POA) the dealerships Manager where either myself or my mother are told actions will happen and then fall through. Neither of us are advised of the failure of plans and have to chase down the Finance manager several times for her to respond or to "update" us on the car. I was told the car would be at an auto auction near me twice, which I arranged a ride to (off my base) only to have it not there. I cannot understand why a company as big as this cannot deliver the car to me after months of going back and forth with me. I have made two months of car payments for a vehicle I don't have possession of. BBB ID 13639928 I have email and text chains between the Finance Manager, My Mother (who is my POA) the dealerships Manager where either myself or my mother are told actions will happen and then fall through. Neither of us are advised of the failure of plans and must chase down the Finance manager several times for her to respond or to "update" us on the car. I was told the car would be at an auto auction near me twice, which I arranged a ride to (off my base) only to have it not there. I cannot understand why a company as big as this cannot deliver the car to me after months of going back and forth with them? I would expect Delivery of the vehicle, at no expense to myself or my mother. Compensation for time, and stress having to follow up with Finance Manager. Compensation for time, stress, and expense of not having the vehicle to which I have made three payments on already. I recently found myself needing a new vehicle. After an exhausting internet search I found the vehicle I was most interested in. Unfortunately, the internet site was not updated and the truck I was interested in was in Kelso dealership lot and not their Gladstone locate as the form suggested and is where I went to see it. Kadi, a salesperson sitting in the front heard my frustration and facilitated having someone drive to Kelso (easily an hour drive) and get the car while my wife and I had lunch. It turned out that I pruchased that truck (2009Nissan Frontier) from Kadi. The sales staff were very helpful as well. It was all low pressure and accomodating.

I had been to a Honda dealership earlier in the day and was quite frustrated with the whale process. I got a text from Dick Hannah saying they had a car I had been looking for , I left the dealership I was at and drove to Dick Hannah, they had the car parked out front and lt was as advertised, I told them my terms and we had a deal within the hour , everyone was friendly and knowledgeable... I would buy from them again
