Hello Mark, I've tried to reach out to you in regards to your review via phone and text. I see you came in on 05/30, your lease was processed as purchased in Nissan's system on that date. After speaking with my finance team, you didn't have time to wait for your paperwork (licensing documents) to be printed as we had customer's ahead of you so you left with plans to return the next day, 05/31. When you called in the next day to see if the documents were ready (they were, they had all been printed on 05/30) we let you know we wanted to make sure everything was completely ready for you and we would call you as soon as we verified (the finance manager wasn't available at the exact time you called in for us to verify this). I see that you called us shortly after and let us know you'd be going to Nissan of Portland to complete the transaction, you came in and picked up your check and left. As far as Nissan is concerned, Dick Hannah Nissan processed your lease end paperwork on 05/30, so there should be no additional monthly payment due. If you'd like to complete your purchase with us, we can collect your check and have you sign the licensing documents. If you'd like me to speak with a Nissan representative and provide them with the proof of your purchase on the 30th, I am happy to do so. Please reach back out to me at 5037232013.
