The day that i went to buy my new car he came out to my house to pick me up so that i wouldn't have to leave my old car at the dealership,which to me was a big help that really went above and beyond my expectations. As far as my sales person and the closing person who made the decisions and also the person who had us sign all the paperwork they were excellent, and went out of their way to help us get into a car and I w the decisions and also the person who had us sign all the paperwork they were excellent, and went out of their way to help us get into a car and I would recommend them to anyone. As for after having the car for a week and having something go wrong with it and having to pay out a 100.00 deductible already before even making my first payment, I am a bit upset about. And now a few weeks later still not having my first payment yet I am having to take it back in to get repaired again! I am not happy that I am going to have to be putting out my entire amount of my car payment into repairs before I even make my first payment. These are things they should have caught before they sold me the car. I called to state my concerns about having to pay out a deductible in the first 10 days of owning it and I got the run around, saying they would have someone check into this right away. No guarantees they could do anything to change the fact but at least they would look into it and get back to me...No one ever bothered to call me back and I stated my concerns to two different departments with no response back from either But as far as the sales team goes they were great and it was a pleasant experience for me. More
