I was able to get all the add-ons I wanted for the car and when they had to keep it at the dealership for a day to add some of the add-ons i requested they gave me a rental car so i was not trapped at home. Ron worked very hard on the administrative portion of both deals and we were driving away in our new vehicles in about 3 hours. There were some follow up details and minor repairs that needed to be done a couple of days later, Ron met me and took care of it immediately, then followed me home so I didn't have to make a return trip.
