Phil wasn't your typical pushy salesman. He got us the exact car that we wanted, even bringing it in from another dealership. He made the paperwork process fast and painless. I hate buying a new car because I don't like to play games. I was convinced to come back to this dealership, after a previous negative experience, by the salesman listed above. Emailed about matchin price on subaru outback limited price seen in Oregonian. Although actual vehicle was sold, got me the same one in the color I wanted for the same price.
