Best car-buying experience ever. I went to Dick Hannah Subaru and left with a 2017 Subaru Crosstrek. The price was already the best I had seen for the options included, and they were I went to Dick Hannah Subaru and left with a 2017 Subaru Crosstrek. The price was already the best I had seen for the options included, and they were able to get me great financing - better than I could have gotten on my own. My salesman, Dominador Daniel was professional and personable; not your typical salesman just looking out for himself. At the end of the day, they delivered my car to my house almost two hours away in the snowy night down twisty roads. Absolutely great service and there for you even after you leave with your new car. Season passes to Mount Hood are pretty awesome too, and I'll get there economically and with great confidence in my new Crosstrek. Highly recommend this dealership! More

5 stars for Anthony and Peter who saved this deal The first person who responded on my request for a car from Hannah Subaru was Anthony Brown. He responded very quick on my request and made sure that The first person who responded on my request for a car from Hannah Subaru was Anthony Brown. He responded very quick on my request and made sure that features available on this car meet my shopping requirements. Questions were simple – what features I want and do NOT want on my future car. When he was sure that this car is exactly what I want, he gave me a price quote. I had some special requirements and he did everything possible to accommodate my request. He did his best to give me clarification on many questions I had. Anthony set an appointment for me with Peter Maher who showed me a car, explained how everything work and helped me during test drive. Unfortunately, dealership's financial department (not Peter) did everything to lost me as a customer and ruin this deal. Only Anthony's and Peter's excellent service and team work was able to bring me back as a customer and finally to buy a car from this dealership. When I told Anthony that deal felt through, he did everything possible to win me back as a customer and clear-up all misunderstanding, even it was not his department who blew it. I would like to thank Anthony for prompt communication and professionalism. Special thanks to him for answering all my endless questions. I would like to thank Peter Maher for his knowledge of the car he was showing, detailed explanation of all features, help during test drive and his kindness. Because I ended up not buying a car on my first visit due to some disagreements with Financial Department, he did everything possible to sort out all details before my 2-nd visit over e-mail and made car buying experience simple and fast how it suppose to be. Even he knew that I already did a test drive with his help on another similar car, he explained everything again. He made sure that all agreements were in place. He has very good knowledge about financing and lease agreement contract. He gave me some very good advices as well. Peter had checked if all special manufacturer's supplemental deals were applied, all supplemental forms are filled in, car's documentation explained and all future appointments made. It was a pleasure to work with him. Two thumbs up for Anthony and Peter who saved this deal. Note: Financial Department was responsible for blowing the deal 1-st time for Subaru Finance approved customer and for some minor mishaps 2-nd time. Communication with Financial department was slow, unclear and misleading. 1 page “on floor estimate” with “some numbers” did not make any sense. You can see only “Monthly Payments” without explanation for other charges, where it came from and how those number were calculated. I had very hard time to meet ends in that “calculation” and I know how to do it. Even everything was agreed upfront 2-nd time, Financial department managed to make some mistakes in final paperwork, but I was able to catch and correct it. So, check EVERYTHING you sign. More
