We were very pleased with the two sales people who assisted us through the process: Susan Heath and Daniel Dominador Susan Heath spent a couple hours taking us on test drives to help us compare the Outback, Forester and Crosstrek. We sorted features and measurements of all three and were able to decide on the Outback as a result. Daniel Dominador helped us through the complex purchase and trade in process, and has followed up on all our questions. The whole experience was very thorough including follow up for all the special features now included in the more electronic new cars. More
