They work hard to get me what I wanted and need with a very family like atmosphere. Everyone was very polite, respectful and never rude or condescending. They always added on extra helpful things to help me get by with more discounts. I was very happy with the WRX I bought which had everything I asked for at a price I asked for (when does that ever happen?) without the hassle and loops. I made it very clear my goals which followed to the letter. For a guy(me) that left his wallet at home, Jessica and Long were incredibly patient and gave me the benefit of the doubt I was a buyer. Kind of like when you forget your wallet when paying for lunch, and the cafeteria lady says it's alright and to get the tab next time. Except this time it was a car. I recommend going to the lot itself because you never know which hidden gems you might find. Sometimes it's the car, but other times the gems are the people you get to work with for a stress free transaction (in my case it was both). More

Mike Krewi works hard and really listens to his customers. We went into Dick Hannah with the idea of purchasing a 2015 Outback in July, 2015, and met with Mike Krewi. Mike had recently sold an Outback to our We went into Dick Hannah with the idea of purchasing a 2015 Outback in July, 2015, and met with Mike Krewi. Mike had recently sold an Outback to our neighbor across the street, who also had positive experience with Mike. We indicated to Mike that we were open to a good used Outback and Wow did he come through. The second time we called and went in a real estate agent had just returned an Outback after only 6 weeks. The car had not even been detailed yet. Mike grabbed the keys and we took it for a long test drive. As far as we were concerned the car was "new" with its low miles. Mike got us a great deal on the car which had more bells and whistles that we originally intended. We have driven it to Seattle and back three times since the purchase and thoroughly enjoy driving the Outback. Everyone on the Dick Hannah team that we worked with was courteous and we did not any pressure to make a purchase at any time. My husband has already taken advantage of the hand-car wash after a trip to Bend. Good personable dealership to work with from sales to service. More
