At that time we were having car trouble, we had just pick up our son’s remains and things were just hurting. Plus we were 130 miles from home. We went to Dick Hannah Subaru to see if we could trade in our 2008 Forrester. They were great. They sent us on our way in a 2012 Cross Trek. So, on August 1, 2015 we went looking to see if we could up grade and get lower payments. Jeremiah Ostrander was our sales man. What a great gentleman, to have for a sales man. I explain all we went through on 12-31-2012. Jeremiah listened to us. I being a woman asked lots of questions, I explained what I was trying to do to get a new car. Jeremiah showed us a lot of respect. Jeremiah answered our questions; I wanted to look at all possibilities even knowing what our limits were. A girl can always dream. Anyway Jeremiah was more than glad to show us the top Cross Trek Limited. Then Bud test drove the Orange Cross Trek, we decided on. The Team they have at Dick Hannah is amazing. I highly recommend Jeremiah Ostrander to help you with your new car purchase. I also want to say thank you Kenny Wguyen the sales manager for getting us a great deal. fast, efficient, friendly We blew out a tire 50 miles from home on our new subaru. We were originally looking for a new or slightly used model with a manual transmis Drove in to ask about and look at an Outback as a future purchase. We were originally looking for a new or slightly used model with a manual transmission. When we were informed that manual transmissions were no longer an option on new Outbacks (we don't get that), and trade-ins of those models were few and far between (we get that), we thought we'd look at vehicles that they had on hand. We were assisted by sales associate Jeremiah Ostrander who did an exceptional job explaining all the features of the 2015 Outback, and how Subaru has been improving their product line over time. He did such a good job of showing us what a great car the Outback was, that we decided to get one then rather than waiting several more months as we had planned. The rest of the sales and finance staff were also very friendly and worked with us to come up with a reasonable trade-in and financing package. We never felt pressured or that we were being forced to accept something we didn't want. We have no hesitations about recommending Dick Hannah Subaru to anyone we know who is looking for a new or used vehicle. More

All the information we needed - without the pressure We wanted to test drive a couple of vehicles to finish up the research we were doing to decide whether or not this was the time to replace a vehicle. The people who helped us were very helpful and knowledgeable but didn't pressure us to buy something. We really appreciated that. 4th of July Buy I have been shopping since Thanksgiving to in an effort to replace my 13-year-old Saturn. I first stopped in at Dick Hannah in May looking to test dr I have been shopping since Thanksgiving to in an effort to replace my 13-year-old Saturn. I first stopped in at Dick Hannah in May looking to test drive the Subaru Cross Trek after taking a look at that car I decided that a Forrester was more my style. Jessica Young was was my salesperson that day and was really well-informed given that she had only been in sales for a few weeks. Their finance people ran the numbers and they made me a really good offer but I just wasn't ready yet. Jessica called me 2 to 3 times over the next month which was not excessive just to see if I was still in interested and in the market. This allowed me to do some research on the product and just take my time, which I appreciated. So yesterday was Independence Day, I decided that it was finally time to buy a car. I gave Jessica call & we set up an appointment at noon. It was really easy- the whole process took longer than I had wanted but it takes a long time to go to through the paperwork. I'm very happy with my purchase and I hope to have good experiences with the service department as they install my add-ons this week. More
