After our test drives, we sat down for the "fun part" - the negotiations. I always hate that part, but Colby's relaxing attitude made it painless. Passing the Buck Took my 2015 Jetta in for a diagnostic of a vibration that it had, since new. They had the car for a week and after several different "Stories", told Took my 2015 Jetta in for a diagnostic of a vibration that it had, since new. They had the car for a week and after several different "Stories", told me that the problem with with my brand new tires. I was charged for "Free" loaner car, diagnostic and shop supplies. Even though the car is covered under warranty. I verified the tire "issue" they claimed. Not so - they are perfect. No Run Out, no balance issues, nada, nothing. Not to mention, the car had the same exact vibration issue with the OEM tires from new and the same exact vibration from the set of tires they put on from another car they had in inventory. The simple fact is: They didn't want to fix the car, for they don't want to take the time to chase down the issue with the car. So, they tried to "BS" me. Meanwhile, I've opened a case with VW - but have yet to hear from them. Please don't pay attention to the "SALES" person I had to select to do this review? I was working with the SERVICE department - NOT Sales. More
