Went in looking to trade in two vehicles for two new(er) vehicles--both under my not-so-great credit. Figured I would be looking at some lower-end used vehicles with ridiculous payments, but ended up in a l vehicles--both under my not-so-great credit. I went in asking for the seemingly impossible and this dealership more than delivered. Our saleswoman Melanie made sure she knew exactly what we wanted, and communicated with us in an honest, up-front manner. She communicated with me via e-mail for a few days before, and was always prompt in responding to my many, many questions. Went in late afternoon on a Sunday and was in-and-out in just a few hours. Melanie stayed late (past closing) to make sure we were completely satisfied and on the roas. She even took the time to connect my cell phone to the hands-free as she showed me all the impressive features of the vehicle. Add in tires and car washes "for life," a friendly and honest finance department, and great follow-up service, and this was probably the best car-buying experience I've ever had! More

He was able to explain the leasing process in such a detailed and understandable way that we decided to take advantage of those benefits.
