I was told a price for my monthly payment then it was a few dollars more a month when I signed the papers and I asked for the gas to be filled up and he said of course, but it wasn't. When I pulled away from the dealership it was just over 1/8 of a tank which is where it was when I test drove it. There is a gas station a mile south, so I stopped and filled up for $15. Also the mileage was 19 but the paperwork said 10. Those things were all pretty small so I didn't say anything, but I probably should have. I wanted to lease a new truck and the price is ok per month but the trade in offer they sent me for my truck is extremely low and so I probably won't be leaseing one from them. If you want a good price on a new car and you live in the area them go see Ryan. More

Recall Service Heather Brodacki, my service rep did an excellent job from the time of my first call inquiring about the recall for my 2013 Dodge Dart to letting me k Heather Brodacki, my service rep did an excellent job from the time of my first call inquiring about the recall for my 2013 Dodge Dart to letting me know that my parts were in, scheduling the work and letting me know that the work was complete. I had called to the service department 3 times previously and was basically told to keep calling to see if parts were in. The reps I spoke to gave me the impression it was up to me to keep calling and they made no attempt to order the parts for my vehicle as the recall said it should be done. Very frustrating to say the least. Heather did exactly what should have been done 4 calls ago. She was very helpful and professional at every stage of this process. She should be commended and I would recommend she be recognized for her professionalism and showing a really caring for me to be completely satisfied.
