Worst service experience in 40 years. They should almost be criminally charged for this transaction. To start with the quotes look like they are from a guy working out of his garage, they They should almost be criminally charged for this transaction. To start with the quotes look like they are from a guy working out of his garage, they double quoted parts and labor, talked in circles hoping you would just pay and not question, charged 16k and fixed not one issue we complained about, messed up all the financing we agreed to, attempted to make me pay for parts up front, the fuel filter was too tight so they said they just didnt change it, never addressed other issues that was on the invoice, then after that......they bring my truck around and it has the EXACT same engine light and service air suspension Warings that it was there for. Just criminal. I feel so sorry for people out there who have depend on places like this for an honest repair for hard working people trying to keep their vehicle on the road to go to work! Shame on you Dick Scott..... consumer beware More
