The worst experience ever for this dealership For the first time I was disappointed and annoyed. I took my truck in on Saturday because my tire had a slow leak. I was told I had a nail in my tire. For the first time I was disappointed and annoyed. I took my truck in on Saturday because my tire had a slow leak. I was told I had a nail in my tire. I went to my original salesman to inquire if I had tire protection on my vehicle. He told me that I indeed had it. I relayed that to my service man. I sat in the waiting area and after an hour I was told that they would order the tire and it would be here Monday. I returned on Monday sat in the lobby again for over a hour to be told that it would be in Tuesday. I showed up Tuesday only to be told that he said it would be in Wednesday at 1:30. I told him I would be back Thursday to get it fixed. I came in Thursday and sat for at least 2 hours before the service man came and told me that me order was canceled on the supplier end. Then they put me in a rental 45 minutes later. I was told they would call me when my truck was ready. They called me as I was walking out the door to go to work at 1 pm on Friday. They didn’t even wash my truck. More

Dick Scott was where we originally leased the 2016 Ram and Maddison got the ball rolling by a simple email introducing herself and asking if she could be of assistance for the turn in process. Clearly, she did her homework by researching the equipment our '16 had and matched that and more in a new 2019 Ram that she invited us to see. A few days later, the decision was made and we left our 2016 there and drove home our new 2019 Long Horn.... The entire experience was respectful of our time, took only minutes to complete, with the focus on our new Ram and not on waiting on paperwork to be completed. The finance side of the lease was just as swift as Jason took us through that process in just minutes. This team at Dick Scott is all about the customer and that you can take to the bank! More
