Bad Experience I had few scratched on my car after my oil change. Service manager simply said they did not do it. Poor customer service When we purchased my wife's vehicle a few months ago, we really liked our sales guy (Dan). Nice experience, nice guy. My father was in the market to buy a car so I recommended Dan. When he went in to the dealership and asked for Dan, he was told he no longer worked there. Yesterday I took my truck to the dealership for its oil change and to have some recall work done. I was told it would be under an hour. While I waited this "hour", I saw Dan, who told me he didn't go anywhere but in fact whoever saw my father was another salesperson, trying to get the sale (my dad ended up buying a Ford due to his experience with this other salesperson). Over an hour goes by so I asked about my truck. "They're just finishing up", I'm told. I go to have a cup of coffee. No coffee. Figured I'd let them know the pot is empty...the guy I told snickered and shook his head while looking down when I told him. Guess that's not his job. Awhile later, no truck still. No coffee either. When I inquired yet again, after hour 2, about my truck I was told "just finishing up and putting the information into the computer". Nearly 4 hours later, I have a headache from no coffee and have to ask AGAIN about my truck. "Just finishing up..." Of course. I told the guy he could have told me it was going to take almost 4 hours and I could have made other arrangements and not wasted my day. Liars. I won't be going here again. More

Good Service but it took forever We had the car towed to the dealership on a Monday. Despite numerous calls and voice mails left for the service center, nobody called us back. Final We had the car towed to the dealership on a Monday. Despite numerous calls and voice mails left for the service center, nobody called us back. Finally late on Wednesday they returned our call only to tell us they needed to order the part. They finally finished the very expensive repair on Friday. Obviously they didn't even look at the car on Monday or Tuesday. And they refused to give us an update. More
