Short Notice Service Needed I had a problem with the car accelerating while I was driving down the road even when I did not have my foot on the accelerator pedal. The only way t I had a problem with the car accelerating while I was driving down the road even when I did not have my foot on the accelerator pedal. The only way to drive was to use the brake and frequently shift into neutral to slow the car down. I happened to be driving buy Dick Scott when it was happening so I pulled in for service. I did not have an appointment but I also needed an oil change. Jim coordinated the repair in just two short days. A plastic brake switch was replaced and problem was fixed. After I dropped off the car, I had a driver take me to my home. He was a very polite young man and very careful driver. I mentioned to him that maybe its time for me to buy a new vehicle and he made a recommendation for sales people I should talk to. The overall service was as promised, but for the scope of the work that was needed, it honestly could have been completed in less than one hour. I will continue to be a customer at Dick Scott. More

Good experience , I am not happy with Dodge this is the second water pump failure, first one on my previous Dodge Challenger and now again on this one with 17,000 mil , I am not happy with Dodge this is the second water pump failure, first one on my previous Dodge Challenger and now again on this one with 17,000 miles.
