Overall Great Buying Experience After a few weeks of hardcore searching for a car, I came to find Dick Scott Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram who had an astounding Used 2013 Chrysler 200 Tour After a few weeks of hardcore searching for a car, I came to find Dick Scott Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram who had an astounding Used 2013 Chrysler 200 Touring. My salesman I worked with was Dan Hamblin who I found on DealerRater. When I first found the car, I called immediately to see if it was being worked on in a deal.I was unable to make it to the dealership that day, so if it was not sold, I asked Dan to get a hold of me to let me know where the car was still standing. Dan reached out after closing to assure me the car was still for sale and that he, along with the Used Car Sales Manager would set aside the keys til the next day when I could come in. I ended up coming in the next day around 2:00 PM and the car was still for sale like Dan had promised. I was worried a little because of earlier reviews saying cars were sold out from under some buyers. Dan did the test drive procedure, and before letting me test drive it, he went into full detail about every aspect of the car. He made it seem comforting to hop into this car. After the test drive, I was sold. We started and paperwork was filed. My car purchasing experience was wonderful and Dan Hamblin set me up. Following my car purchase, since I was not able to take the car home that day, Dan scheduled a time before the dealership was open that following Saturday to pass on the keys, answer any questions I had about the car, paired my devices to my new vehicle, and even set the key fob settings to my preferences!
