I am going to go above and beyond to write this review! I am a sales manager and have been in the customer service/sales industry for as long as I can remember and I know that a compliment goes a long way and sometimes excellence should be and must be recognized. Eric consistently exceeds meeting the needs, expectations, and wants for our families vehicles. My husband finds any excuse to go see everyone at the dealership. He's to a point where he wants to trade in our leases every six months. This dealership definitely is an example of excellence especially when you have an employee like Eric. Thanks for everything! She worked with me without resorting to a hard sell tactic and instead, it was a welcomed education along the way. There is a difference between educating the customer and deceiving the customer. (This was the first time, ever, I have experienced up front pricing and no hidden extra amounts added in at the 11th hour like so many dealerships have in the past.) The age we live in has a customer's discriminating taste being molded and influenced by so much information that is available at our fingertips. Potential buyers are already walking through the door armed to the teeth with what they "think" they know. Me? Guilty. However, a good sales person knows how to bridge that taste and information and turn it into honest working knowledge. Holly's demeanor can pull this off because she has a knowledgeable and no nonsense approach that is refreshing. Simply put, Holly nailed it. She was patient instead of pressuring, she was flexible instead of being annoyed and she was honest instead of telling you what you want to hear just to make a sale. Integrity. Character. Honesty. Core values that, unfortunately, are easily lost in the sales industry. Holly truly believes in the product she sells and she believes in being above board, across the board. I am wondering if re-man part was installed? Would bring an attorney to read all docs and understand Michigan law before service here. More
