I came in for an oil change, waited about an hour. I rated your service as good, everyone was friendly and the wait time was tollerable. I contacted this dealership hrough their web site because I had my oil changed 4 times since Februaury of 2012 and not one was I told I needed wipers blades which was clear. I purchased a new Dodge Durango from Dick Scott Dodge. This vehicle was nothing but problems. When it went into service it was there for a minimum of 2-3 weeks. For the first year and a half the truck was This vehicle was nothing but problems. When it went into service it was there for a minimum of 2-3 weeks. For the first year and a half the truck was in service for at least 3 months time. The wheels and tires were even stolen off the truck IN THEIR SERVICE LOT, that is completely unsecured. One day after the transmission was serviced at their dealership I had fluid pouring from the vehicle. I drove it to their service department and they refused to offer me a rental car. I had to take the truck to another dodge dealer where they had to replace the transmission due to the poor workmanship done at Dick Scott Dodge. The other dealership, which had no relationship with me at all gave me a full size rental no questions asked. When the vehicle was stolen months later my adjuster spoke to Jason due to the lengthy service history and the fact it was just out of warranty. Jason was so kind as to tell him that he thought I probably something to do with the theft of the vehicle. I was then investigated for the theft. I was eventually cleared but this would have never been an issue had Jason not said that to them. I would NEVER recommend my worst enemy to Dick Scott Dodge. Nobody deserves to get treated this way. This is also the last Chrysler product I ever bought. I switched to GM trucks. All due to the experience at THIS dealer. More

The new Jeep Patriot (great car by the way) has been in for service on the air conditioner twice. Still not working as of this writing. Due for a third try .... So far, not impressed with the competence of the service technicians. But this is the first time I've dealt with this dealer, so I'm hopeful my experience will improve. August 1 2012: Third time was the charm, AC now working perfectly. (Turns out the problem was electronic/electrical and not mechanical as you might normally expect). I chose Dick Scott for the new car purchase based on the recommendation of several friends and on my personal bad experiences with most other dealers I've dealt with over the years. I believe, based on my experiences with this dealer to date, I can pass the Dick Scott recommendation on to others with confidence. More

I have returned to get my car serviced a number of times and have found the service staff to be courteous, knowledgeable and very friendly. Also, the new showroom, service area and waiting room they have just completed is great. My previous car was a Chrysler Pacifica and it was a great vehicle which is why I came back to Chrysler/Dodge. It was the perfect 7 passenger vehicle with all the amenities that anyone could want (or even need). Great dealership, great people, friendly and an excellent new showroom. More
I have never had an experience like the awesome experience I had doing business with the employees at Dick Scott. I have always felt that buying a car was such a big hassle - nothing could be further from the truth when it comes to the Dick Scott dealership. I will never go anywhere else, and will refer every person I know to any employee there, beccause this is the cream of the crop dealership. They renewed my faith in sales and if I didn't already have a job, I'd be trying my best to work there! Dave Hamel is such a genuine and awesome person. Dick Scott is full of star performers! More
Their mechanics are worse than the back yard mechanics. They re-mounted the bottom portion of the bottom molding using screws after drilling holes in the bottom of my van instead of replacing broken plasti They re-mounted the bottom portion of the bottom molding using screws after drilling holes in the bottom of my van instead of replacing broken plastic studs. Immagine the corrosion in these areas within short period of time. Also, they used low quality brakes pads that my Aluminum wheel rims get very dirty every very few days because of the amount of dust coming from these cheap brakes pads that they installed without even explaining to me nore giving me the choice to choose the quality I want to go with. In addition, my white leather driver seat and my steering wheel were very dirty that I had to clean them using wet wipes befor I left the dealership parking lot. Same thing with the inside of the driver door that look that one of their backyard mechanics kicked it by his/her foot/work boot and not even bother to clean it. When I said that their mechanics are worse than the back yard mechanics, I said that because of the experience I my self went through with them not because someone told me this story about them. More
Darrell Scott was friendly, professional and very courteous. He made the service process for an oil change and replacement of a rear turn light indicator very easy. I have dealt with Darrell in the past and he always makes the process positive even while dealing with service issues. More
