Mr Vega, Thank you for taking the time to bring your concerns to my attention. You are correct when you say that our oil changes come with a 16 Point inspection, which includes checking the vehicle's wiper blades. If you feel the wiper blades on your vehicle were in obvious need of replacement, I have no explanation as to why this was not brought to your attention and I apologize for the oversight. With regard to the email communication you received, this was not meant to be formal, but, instead, a quick way to let customers know we appreciate their business and that they can contact us if they have any questions about their service visit or if they were unhappy in any way. Our customers generally appreciate the candid manner this communication conveys and I would like to apologize if you felt it was in anyway "sarcastic" as that was not our intent.
