It was like pulling teeth when I asked to have the locking wheel lug nuts to be taken off an left in vehicle. Was told there was 5 black Grand Cherokee s on lot , when showed up an hour later there wa locking wheel lug nuts to be taken off an left in vehicle. Was told there was 5 black Grand Cherokee s on lot , when showed up an hour later there was none , settled for a down grade lower than wanted an waited from Friday till Monday to obtain it even tho dealer had since 1130am Friday to retrieve it from a dealer 40 min away. Also there was potatoe Chips under the driver seat as someone was eating and dropped . The whole experience was not pleasurable . More
