Joe and everyone at the Dick Scott dealership was amazing. We did everything over the phone since I was coming from Ohio so all I had to do was sign papers when I got there. This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. We were looking for a used Jeep Grand Cherokee and our salesperson Sherita James was amazing. She took the time to show us options and helped us had. We were looking for a used Jeep Grand Cherokee and our salesperson Sherita James was amazing. She took the time to show us options and helped us pick a Jeep that was perfect for us. Sherita showed us how to pair our phones, helped us download apps and showed us how to view and change the settings on the Navigation system. We ended up with a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee we love.
