Visited my first time yesterday, I made an appt for 8am drop off, arrived at 7:30 and found my way to service area! Everyone was nice. A few hours later I called to check status, as I was leaving the off drop off, arrived at 7:30 and found my way to service area! Everyone was nice. A few hours later I called to check status, as I was leaving the office and would swing by to pickup my truck. I ended up leaving a voicemail. Never rec’d a call back. An hour or two later I sent an email. Still no answer. I called again around 2pm and was told it should be ready in 10 minutes that I could head that way. All n all- the job was done and cheaper than I was expecting for an oil change and tire rotation. I’m not sure what the point of making an appt was since it took 6+ hours and the lack of customer service trying to check on your vehicle. Hopefully it was just a one time thing. More

Which is all fine and dandy, but when I said it wasn’t my primary car and I was going to put off repairs until the new year. they said they could give me a %20 discount if I get in within 30 days. I’ve worked in ford service centers before and never in my life have I seen someone price gouge so much. I understand labor is expensive, rightfully so, but showing your hand that you can drop the prices over a grand if I get it in faster… just shows that they’re trying to make their commission and don’t care about the customer.
