I will say that Sean was a nice person to deal with. I did not, however, care for the manager (who never introduced himself). The shift in the attitude from the Manager was beyond uncomfortable once it became known that we have to wait a few months before trading in our lease. They praise themselves on being transparent, but I felt there were things being unsaid the whole time. The manager was kind of beating around the bush on what he was saying instead of being “transparent” and saying it like it is. It was honestly a very uncomfortable experience. What set it off for me the most, which will be the main reason I will not go back, is the fact that once the conversation was over not once did they thank us for our time or shake our hands for going in. They just sat there, very awkwardly, and told us to have a good week literally as we were walking out the door. What they need to remember is that in 3 months, I will be purchasing a new vehicle, and because of the experience there it will now be with a different dealership. More

Shortly after I sent the pre-formated email implying my interest, Sean texted me a video of the car running, a picture of himself so I knew who I was talking to, and directions to the dealership from my area. After having had several recent bad experiences at other dealerships (one in which the car wasn't even there after they scheduled me for a test drive), this made me feel confident. After I got there, Sean was personable and professional, while also appropriately casual; he had a style which I found very easy to work with. I loved the car, and the paperwork did not take too long. Overall great buying experience. More

Car salesmen have a bad reputation and I think there's some truth in why they do. However Sean and the folks at wickstrom were not pushy, in fact they were laid back and let things happen at the pace I chose. Never felt pressured. The folks there did their job without all the pushy BS that you expect to get when you go to buy a car. I looked on truecar and had sales people calling me constantly like fresh blood in shark infested waters. Give wickstrom an opportunity they won't harass you they'll help you out. More

Sean is an honest salesman. I have worked in the automotive industry for 14 years, and every word he spoke to me was truth. He was not overbearing or too assertive, as I have experienced with other salespeople during my adventures in car shopping. Sean asked me how I felt about the 2 different models I drove, and it helped me figure out which Chevy really sang to my heart. Though I did not strike a deal at Wickstrom, I thank Sean for helping me realize the Impala is the best car for me. I would definitely come back to Wickstrom next time I want to buy a car to give things another go. More
