I am a repeat customer, always been happy with the dealership, but when asked what they could do to make me buy that day I said give me chey's version of weathertech floor mats. They said we can do th dealership, but when asked what they could do to make me buy that day I said give me chey's version of weathertech floor mats. They said we can do that, but didn't give me cargo liner for my new equinox. I called and asked why not and was told it wasn't in the contract I signed. After a couple of hours I got a call back and was told they would come thru. It is on back order so still waiting to see if they keep their word. More

Armando made a mistake and didn't use an applicable warranty to cover my repair. Maybe not his fault, it's an unusual warranty. I have been waiting for 6 months for the service manager to finish his warranty to cover my repair. Maybe not his fault, it's an unusual warranty. Mr. Reyes did a great job of explaining and informing me of the work being performed. It did however take a lot longer than I expected. I still can’t believe that the two tires wore out after only 30 some t of the work being performed. It did however take a lot longer than I expected.
