I purchased a 2022 Chrysler Pacific mini van a couple weeks ago. When drove the van home, I discovered a tapping sound coming from Glove compartment area and was concerned as same issue I had a coupl weeks ago. Contacted sales and reported issue found in owning the vehicle less than 24 hours. Sales had me return the van and they would diagnose and repair at no cost to me. Service resolved the problem and even installed two floor panels pull rings that were observed to be broken during van check out and test drive. xxxxx Auto Group went above and beyond in their customer satisfaction Sustainability and acted fairly with compassion toward customer as myself. Overall we give Dick's five stars but that is only because of the awesome customer service we received from Steve Merklin and Mike Johnston. We had submitted the preapproval on financing, worked with because of the awesome customer service we received from Steve Merklin and Mike Johnston. We had submitted the preapproval on financing, worked with Rachel through text messages about it, received incorrect information during online chat with Brandon, the initial financing offer was 2% more than what Rachel said our top rate would be. The finance department pushed using a bank with a notorious reputation but Ryan and Mike Johnston got the paperwork figured out for us so we could use a bank with an excellent reputation. That extra effort made us satisfied customers and we will recommend Dick's to anyone with a few warnings about what to watch for with the finance department. You can be honest and still make a profit. Think about training your sales agents on how to complete the financing side so the customers can have a great experience all the way through. More

Had a great experience at Dick's CJDR of Wilsonville. Micheal Johnston was very knowledgeable of minivans, which was what we were looking for. He gave us time to look vehicles over, showed us the options of all the various types they had, then we took the test drive. After working out a deal for the minivan, we went to finance, which I can not remember the guys name we dealt with, but he was great, and made it vary efficient for us to get through the process and finished. When we went out to the show room to get the van, Michael had my wife's favorite 90's rap playing, and a laser light show around the van. Easily the best experience at a car dealership hands down! More
