Both ladies were polite but did not pay attention to my questions. Kylie was/is wonderful! She was courteous and professional, taking the time to thoroughly explain the nature of the recall and the steps they’d take to correct the issue. She’d offered a shuttle should I need to go somewhere, but I opted to wait in the lobby. The expected turn around time was approximately 2 hrs, but the work was completed in just over an hr! This was the second time I’d been to this dealership for service, and it will certainly not be the last. Though the Gladstone dealership is closed for me, Wilsonville is my #1. More

The guys were Super helpful, knowledgeable, low pressure to work with. I really enjoyed my experience. My only disappointment is I called back two days later and wanted to upgrade to the diesel and they to work with. I really enjoyed my experience. My only disappointment is I called back two days later and wanted to upgrade to the diesel and they said it wasn’t possible because the financing already went through and I was stuck with the vehicle. I have I have 392 miles on it now and still wish I could do it. More
