Be aware of xxxxx bait and switch scam. Waited for the loaded, Limited model I wanted to buy to arrive, took it for a Test drive and told the salesman I wanted to buy the truck. I was brou Waited for the loaded, Limited model I wanted to buy to arrive, took it for a Test drive and told the salesman I wanted to buy the truck. I was brought into a sales office and started on the paperwork, they took the Truck to “get it ready for me, when the paperwork was finished they had a truck backed in and ready for me to take home. I drove the truck home, days later I couldn’t figure out why the backup camera view wasn’t the same as when I test drove it, so I called the dealership, they stated it was a setting and was probably on demo mode, so I tried every setting, but I couldn’t get the the same backup view so I went to the dealership. Upon arrival I conveyed the issue I was having with the backup camera view, the salesman walked around the truck and said, this truck doesn't have the Birds Eye view camera option, I said the truck I test drove and stated I wanted to buy did. The salesman said there is nothing we can do about that! The stigma about slimy car salesman is there for a reason and stands true for the salesman that pulled the bait and switch on me. More
