My jeep was there all day after dropping it off at 8:45 am. I received no call throughout the day. I finally called after 4:00 pm and was told they must have dialed wrong number, yes it was ready. Went to pick it up and the problem was dismissed, even though this was second time I’ve reported same intermittent problem. Also, my jeep was parked at the very end of the lot… couldn’t even find it at first! Every other time I’ve been in, my jeep has been ready for me in the garage. 5 minutes after leaving, the problem occurred again. I texted the contact person, and did not receive a response. No response the next day either. I had to call back and report the problem again. I now have to take my jeep back in for them to take a look at it again. Annoying and time consuming. More

Today I had to take our car in to check out diagnostics as the battery kept going dead. I was told many times a new radio would cost so much, I finally went in today and they told me I still had warranty as the battery kept going dead. I was told many times a new radio would cost so much, I finally went in today and they told me I still had warranty and that the new radio will cost me little to get a new one. I was very pleased. Everytime I called this dealership they were very knowledgeable and helpful. I will drive 30-40 minutes to this dealership to have this amazing customer service! Thank you Dick's CJDR of Wilsonville. Personnel at service center are kind however very difficult to get ahold of. Many times I will call and no one picks up. Also, the issue had with my vehicle didn’t start until the day I picked it up difficult to get ahold of. Many times I will call and no one picks up.
