Multiple calls into the Service Dept either go unanswered or get routed to a voice greeting with no option to leave a message. This is a chronic problem. A new radio was ordered for my truck with a 10 day delivery interval. After 10 days, I called multiple times (again) until I finally got Adam who told me the radio had arrived days before but that he had not been notified. I scheduled an appointment, brought my truck in, and was told it would take about 2 hours. After 5 hours and no update, I called and reached the scheduler (Victoria?) who told me she couldn't give me any status on my truck until Adam returned from lunch. I insisted she find someone else to track down the status on my truck, and after arguing with me that it wasn't her job to provide status, she abruptly put me on hold, came back 5 minutes later, and told me they were still working on my truck. This status supposedly came from Katie. An hour later, Adam called to tell me the truck was ready. When I arrived, he explained the installation delay and quickly processed my payment. On a positive note, your shuttle service is convenient and the shuttle driver is very personable. More

Very hard to get ahold of service dept. in most cases, have to call and be transferred numerous times before someone answers call. Service advisors aren’t overly helpful in diagnosis req in most cases, have to call and be transferred numerous times before someone answers call. Our primary experience with the dealership was through their agent Elliot. He was knowledgeable , professionally I extremely polite and drove more than an hour to our home for the necessary signatures. He their agent Elliot.
