Service rep was amazing. I wasn’t happy that it wasn’t under warranty but he was very communicative and kept me up to date on everything. Bonus was my Rubi was washed when I picked it up. So I dealt with Andy Summers, on a Ram Bighorn I found on their site. Listed $61,100 yesterday, but $60,100 tonight. He wanted me to pay $61,100. He got me approved for financing at a great rate with a loc their site. Listed $61,100 yesterday, but $60,100 tonight. He wanted me to pay $61,100. He got me approved for financing at a great rate with a local credit union, BUT the negotiation was non-existent. He refused to work on price. He said there was no discounts or anything. Yet on their site, after the sale collapsed, I see they included a $1000 a "Findlay Advantage" off the price, to which this salesman didn't extend. The extended warranty price was excessive in price. He refused to call my current vehicle lien holder and firm up payoff, which is $800 less than he said it was, or consider additional trade-in value after I said I just purchased a $2000 canopy, to which I didn't disclose at first, to parlay more off my overall finances price. He was quick to push me to buy this vehicle over text with threats of another person was on the way to purchase the vehicle and I better lock it in with $500 now or risk it not being mine. I asked what about the person coming in? Who he told me lived an hour and a half away. He said he would call him and tell him it sold. What kind of Salesman is this guy? You'd allow some potential buyer to drive three hours round trip, under the impression he would be purchasing it, while telling me I can still purchase it. And I didn't see this $1000 off until I got home and pulled up the revised page of this truck? Seriously? Look at the pics below. All I tried to do was negotiate. He refused to negotiate. I called my brother-in-law at another dodge dealership who advised me that the warranty was way to expensive. And the additional fees? These salesman don't care about you. It's about their commission. Save yourself the hassle and DO not work with this lousy dealership. PS. This salesman didn’t bother to tell me there was a 5 year 100,000 mile powertrain warranty. He only told me there was a 3 year 36,000 mile warranty. Hence me asking about the extended warranty, which I wouldn’t need knowing about the 5 year 100,000 mile powertrain warranty that comes with it standard!! More
Even though the 60,000 mi service was lengthy & expensive, I thoroughly enjoy working with the service staff, especially James. He's always a pleasure to deal with. Everyone is always very helpful and very positive in the service department. There are no surprises when it comes time to pay, the quotes are accurate or higher than what is actually billed - which is reall service department. From the initial deposit to secure the vehicle to the final signing of papers he com in the sales department and he could not have been more helpful. If I owned a dealership he would be the first hire, but since I don't I'll just stick to buying cars from him. Thank you for the great service, Alex! More
