Chalen greeted me at the door with a smile and walked me to the Service and Parts areas. I recently bought a Dodge Charger at another dealership and have visited a few in that process and none of the other to the Service and Parts areas. Do not do business with the sales department here. Very rude and disrespectful. I was about to finalize a transaction with this dealer and with Covid, was trying to do as much of it as possible from home. rude and disrespectful. Before committing to the purchase, I wanted the dealer to provide me with an accurate monthly payment quote to include licensing fees if I was to transfer my plates. The sales associate told me to call and speak to the finance manager, which I did. I called the finance manager who answered the phone and seemed SO disturbed that I would even ask such a question. He very rudely proceeded to get off the phone. After getting hung up on and still not having received the answer I was after, I received a text message from the sales associate stating that “the general sales manager says to pound sand or show up at our door. I’m done.” I didn’t know that wanting an accurate monthly payment before coming in to the dealership was too much to ask for and that it would cause this kind of reaction from the “professionals” at this dealership. STAY AWAY More
