Rafael and his team are amazing!!! They went out of their way to drove over a half an hour to pick my jeep up to get a recalled part replaced for me. I didn't pay a dime and they picked up and brought my car way to drove over a half an hour to pick my jeep up to get a recalled part replaced for me. Complicated Repair My son’s Durango is 20 years old and 195,000 miles. The front driveline went out at 75 mph and it destroyed the transfer case. I’m from California and didn’t know of any repair shops in Oregon and the closest place to tow the car was to Findlay Jeep, RAM, Dodge in Wilsonville. Adam called me the following Monday after I had flown back to California. Long story short, we had to order a used part, have it shipped and installed. Adam was patient, helpful and the repair was a success. More

Their waiting area is very nicely furnished and offered a lot of amenities. A much nicer place to wait than the standard oil change waiting room. Friendly service and I was happy with the end product. I didn't feel like I was being sold services I didn't need, and I appreciated the no pressure atmosphere. Highly recommend! More
