What sets Findlay’s service above all of them is their genuine interest and repeated track record of doing what they said they would, and getting it done when they said they would. My service advisor, Adam, never makes promises the mechanics can’t keep, and always respects the value of my time. The mechanics at Findlay are sharp, talented, and do very clean work. I have never had to bring one of my cars back because something was “missed”. I highly recommend them. More

Great Customer Service I brought my Dodge Grand Caravan to get serviced. Rafael helped me out. I came in to get my brakes replaced but there was more to it than a simple brake change. Rafael started talking to me about discs that needed to be replaced. Quite frankly I didn’t understand anything he was saying and when I told him I didn’t understand he took the time to explain to me what needed to be changed why it needed to be changed and I was very very pleased. He is so product knowledgeable. I knew exactly what all was being done to my van. He got me in and out the door in no time. More
