This matter was regarding problem with the trailers lights not working. I was advised by the installer of the light socket to have a Jeep Dealer activate the jeeps computer to make a connection with th lights not working. Left Jeep at Dicks for some days and was told an electrical part needed replaced. Several days later the part came in and I got in for installation. After some time I was told the lights now worked and picked up my Jeep. About 2 weeks later I traveled to Lebanon Oregon to pick up a trailer I just purchased and discovered that the lights did not work and had no power whatsoever. I returned to Dicks next business day and pleaded to get the work completed properly so I could return asap to pick up my trailer . My advisor said he'd get it to service person just as soon as possible . Several days and phone calls later he told me lights were tested and now work fine. I picked up the vehicle last Saturday and Discovered the outlet was still without any power at all. I've paid over $500 to Dicks with nothing but broken promises to show for it. More
