We were not able to resolve my situation but he did go above and beyond to try to help. An extended warranty for my 2020 ram came out after I had already made a window repair and we were not able to get t above and beyond to try to help. Still have a leaking vehicle, but hoping the place that replaced window prior can come up with the same reason and fix it. Just hoping that what cdrj said is the problem, is the problem.
