Bree was easy and wonderful to work with. As I noted before the passenger fender was found scratched. Was not brought to the dealership in this condition. I even noticed it in the dark, gloomy covered area(rainy day). The truck has only been hand washed in the seven years we have owned it so some details are more easily noted. Such as the “paint bubble” on the rear drivers fender that had not been noticed before yet I understand could be a possible. After waiting for good daylight to examine the damage my husband and I feel the time/repair would be more headache than leaving it as is. As anyone would feel it was a disappointment to find knowing I had not caused it. Plus to be told it couldn’t have been done there and it was so small. Ryan, we bought this truck from xxxxx when it was in Hillsboro, we have regularly taken it out there for maintenance even though we live north of Vancouver. We chose to follow xxxxx to Wilsonville. Sometimes even the little things can give it a negative feel like the sloppy wash. Thanks for your time, again Bree was great to work with. Susan
