I came to xxxxx after I bought my Cherokee from Ron Tonkin Jeep because the service manager BREE CRENSHAW was bothered that she had to do work she is the worst customer service person I’ve ever had to Tonkin Jeep because the service manager BREE CRENSHAW was bothered that she had to do work she is the worst customer service person I’ve ever had to deal with and I will never go back because of her! After having bought the car 24 days prior to my issues I thought the dealership that I bought the 25k Jeep would go a little further to help me out I was wrong the one word Bree knows is no I can’t. So I pulled my Jeep and left with my car after 7 days of no answer’s except that they verified that I have a problem but couldn’t tell me what the problem was. I went to xxxxx and met with Kate first and then Adam awesome people I don’t care if you have bad news or need my car extra time but CALL ME keep me in the loop that’s what they did my seat was diagnosed in one day and the part was back ordered ok not a problem gave me my car back and call me when the part comes in ok. So I went in about two months later to have it replaced and who do I see BREE CRENSHAW the Ron Tonkin service manager! At first she didn’t recognize me but then I shared me experience with all of them from Ron Tonkin. I will never never work with her I will sell my Jeep and buy a FORD before I work with her. However I worked with Adam on this project and he was great he said it would take a day and that’s what it took. My warranty covered the cost and I’m pleased with the results. I hope she doesn’t destroy that service center like she did Ron Tonkin so far I don’t have one bad thing to say about xxxxx and how I am treated and my Jeep. I’m 33 years old so I will be buying more cars in my life and a lot more servicing More

I dropped my vehicle off on Monday didn't hear anything until Wednesday when I left to call and they had to call me back. Vehicle did not get fixed. The two service items I did asked to have done when I came in on Wednesday to pick up my vehicle one of those items weren't completed. I had to wait an extra hour while they finished the tire rotation three days having a vehicle doing a oil change and rotating tires was ridiculous. The one item that I had them check for they couldn't even touch because they said it was after market items. It would've been nice to have them know that on the first day so my vehicle wasn't sitting there for three days in the shop. My previous experience were fine, but this last time in the shop was nothing but fine. Three days in the shop and then finally telling me they couldn't fix it was ridiculous. That should've been handled on the very first day that my car was there. Period More

Items “not under warranty” nothing was covered which a private shop originally diagnosed the problem and told me it should all be under warranty. I called when the truck had less than 1000 miles, becaus private shop originally diagnosed the problem and told me it should all be under warranty. I called when the truck had less than 1000 miles, because of faulty seat belts. They said because of Covid it would be better to wait for a later date to have these fixed. That cost me nearly $2000. The rest of the fix is what my mechanic told me is a warranty item. Bree didn’t return e mails or phone calls during this drawn out process. She couldn’t care less when I expressed my displeasure.
