I had a stuck sun roof it was about to rain so I went to the closest jeep dealership. They were about to close so wouldn’t even look at it and I had to leave it there overnight. They never actually diagnosed it and just said that the motor was seized and they would have to order another one, according to the person helping me the dealership does not do any repairs it only replaces the parts so the had to replace the motor which was over $1300, on top of that they think it still has issues but it would cost another $6000 to replace everything which is ridiculous. I ended up also having a sensor replaced and an oil change done which was over $1800. On top of everything when I did get my car back it smelled like harsh chemicals and gives me a headache after 3 days of driving it has still not gone away, there was trash left in the front seat too and I did not feel like my business was appreciated or wanted, the service department had a feeling that they had to provide a service rather than actually wanting my business. I do not ever plan on going back unless there is no other option. More
