Took a minimum of 4 calls to get a call back to schedule

Upon arrival, not met by any representative. I spoke with a gal behind a desk to check in, confirm I wanted my spare tire rotated in, and get an estimate on how long the service would be
She was able to help me and give me an estimate. She called me and let me know my vehicle was ready for pick up - it was spot on for when she had said it would be ready.
When picking up my jeep, it was clear the tire was not rotated in. The vehicle was left filled with dealer paperwork, plastic seat protection, and paper floor mat.
When I mentioned the issue with the spare not rotating in, the gal was not able to speak about what did happen (she wasn’t a tech) and the guy that did get my Jeep did NOT inspire confidence.
Definitely a drop in customer service since changing from Findlay.
Would love to keep coming here, but not sure I will.
