I took in Nancy, as we fondly call her, for a check-up. I needed to bring three children with me, so I was very glad for the large lounge. What impressed me most was the service advisor I worked with. Kevin just had a genuine way in his demeanor that eased my concerns about leaving my "child" with strangers. The dealership itself felt a bit cold with its grey interiors and fluorescent lighting, but Kevin had this honest, forthright way about him that was refreshing for an automotive business. More

Great service department Brought my Jeep in to be diagnosed for loose steering and after being looked at by 2 Techs, they found nothing that was worn out or in bad condition. Brought my Jeep in to be diagnosed for loose steering and after being looked at by 2 Techs, they found nothing that was worn out or in bad condition. They were 100% honest, didn’t charge me the $75 it would have costed for the diagnosis even though they spent a few hours looking over my vehicle, communication was great and they even came to pick me up 20 minutes away where I live from the dealership to get me back to my vehicle ! Shuttle driver was cool as well! Highly recommend these guys! More

Service recall 2007 dodge 2500 I had a few standing recalls on my dodge that i kept putting off! I dont normaly like dealing with the dealers but i new saftey for my fiance and i wa I had a few standing recalls on my dodge that i kept putting off! I dont normaly like dealing with the dealers but i new saftey for my fiance and i was at stake so i made an appointment with adam. my fiance drove the truck in on a monday morning and was told the repairs were gonna take some time and may need to order parts so he hooked her up with a rental for the day. Later that day adam called me saying they where getting parts in the morning and the truck was gonna be done the following day! The next day my fiance and i went in to get the truck and i thoroughly inspected the interior for any signs of greasy hand prints, cuts, tears random parts and wrench rash! The truck passed my inspection. And away we went very easy process and was pleased with the quality of work done on my truck More
