A representative did in fact sit in my car, and he did in fact confirm that my vehicle (the front speakers) were malfunctioning. The malfunction was extremely evident, as my speakers are crackling as if they have been blown out...well, after my car was in the bay for roughly 25 minutes, I followed up with the service representative at the desk, and he told me the mechanic did not find any defects, and my vehicle was 'functioning as intended' More
