Failure to communicate! When I called to make an appointment for the recall on my 2008 Elantra I was told it would take 1/2 day. I was given a ride to Panera and, had it not been for my husband contacting them, I would not have been aware that they needed to order a part and it would take a day (actually took 3 days.) A rental was provided and when I arrived at Enterprise the manager told me he had been at the dealership with the rental right after I left. Again, no one told me to wait for the rental. More

Sad state of customer service Never an apology given, for any of the issues. The work took almost double the amount of time that was promised. I will probably be going to a different dealership even though the next closest dealership is over 45 minutes extra away from my house, next time I need work done on my car. More

I've had many cars over the years..this dealership wins I've bought many cars over the years..I never bring my husband and have had some very interesting experiences. Once the dealer wouldn't talk to me unt I've bought many cars over the years..I never bring my husband and have had some very interesting experiences.
