When buying, they are super nice. Bought the platinum extended warranty for a used car from their lot. Had after market starter put in. My car wouldn’t start after having it for 3 - Bought the platinum extended warranty for a used car from their lot. Had after market starter put in. My car wouldn’t start after having it for 3 -4 months and again the same issue in a couple months after that. They ran a diagnostic each time. First time they couldn’t find an issue. But then said it was the battery and of course replaced it. Second time couldn’t find nothing again after they ran a diagnostic and Was told to take it to a Nissan dealer to diagnose it. I took my car to Nissan and they kept my car for 3 weeks. Did 2 diagnostics and detected the problem. Call Dickson city and Was talking to a super nice man Jerry from service. He was willing to help work with me to get my car fixed right, and he had to get his manager involved. Well that manager didn’t want to hear anything and told me to bring my car back for another diagnostic. That will be the 5 th I will pay for in less in a years time. He doesn’t care. It’s not his money!!! I called a customer service number I received to find out Dickson City Hyundai have a D minus rating from the better business bureau. Definitely read all reviews before buying from them!!! More
