I have waited 5 weeks to have the Service Dept to correct my alignment which my car pulls to the right and steering wheel was not lined up straight. The WiFi was not available as I have spoken to the rep and my alignment which my car pulls to the right and steering wheel was not lined up straight. Took my wife's car in for an oil change. I noticed it needed an inspection. I asked if that could be added and it was taken care of with no problem and in a timely manner. Service has been great. Have been getting my cars there since 2009. Still have my 2006 Tucson and it’s in great shape. Just leased a 2022 with everything. Just drove to NYC and back, which I do regularly, but I actually enjoyed the driving. No blind spots. When you’re doing 75-80 and there’s four lanes moving in and out, knowing where every one is, isn’t a luxury, it’s a necessity. Thank you Hyundai!! More
