The worst service we ever had. They told us our Honda Accord was in perfect condition. We had brought it in due to it making a grinding noise when we turned. Said they straightened They told us our Honda Accord was in perfect condition. We had brought it in due to it making a grinding noise when we turned. Said they straightened the back plate that was rubbing on the tire. Two days later the front end of our Honda fell to the ground when I went to back up at World Market!!! I was planning on going up on Interstate 77 & sure don’t want to imagine what would have happened if my front end fell on that busy Interstate!! We tried to talk with the owner of Diehl in Pennsylvania but no results. We will never go there again. After buying our last to cars from Waikem Honda in Massillon Ohio.
