I have nothing but praise for Waikem Honda and service advisor Paul Windemuth. Our car was a month out of warranty when it developed air conditioner problems. Paul and Waikem went to bat for us and got advisor Paul Windemuth. Our car was a month out of warranty when it developed air conditioner problems. Paul and Waikem went to bat for us and got Honda to cover all necessary repair expense minus one hundred dollars, which I gladly paid. I recently purchased a new Odyssey here, overall a good experience. My salesman Duane was very helpful and kind. I was also treated very well by the Finance Manager and the Sales Manager.
