Sarah worked very diligently for me on every exact detail that I was very adamant about. She never tried to offer me something I didn’t want, and she stayed right on target, and even got me a price point lower than my expectations. I love my 2019 Honda Civic. I highly recommend Waikem for your car buying needs, especially those who are first time buyers and think they aren’t able to get into a new car! When I decided I wanted to look for a new car, I went to Waikem because of the great experience the first time and the great service department. I had found a 2019 CR-V online that I was interested in and when I got to the dealership, I was greeted by Duane Carnathan. He located the CR-V I was interested in and brought it out front for me to look at. He went over all the features thoroughly and I took it for a test drive. Duane was pleasant and easy to work with and I drove my new car home that day. Jason in Finance made all the paperwork easy as well. I've always had a great experience with Waikem and I am really pleased with my new CR-V. More

Best car buying experience I've ever had I had a great experience buying my new Accord. Before I even set foot in the dealership, my salesman, Tyler Maloy spent time talking to me and finding I had a great experience buying my new Accord. Before I even set foot in the dealership, my salesman, Tyler Maloy spent time talking to me and finding out what I was looking for. He made an appointment for me, and when I got there, he had the perfect car picked out, the exact color and trim I was looking for. Then I worked with Jason Sponseller in the finance department to get my old leased Honda turned in, deal with some excess miles, and get all the paperwork done for my new one. He went over the paperwork and explained everything. While I was was with Jason, the service department got my new car cleaned up, and by the time the paperwork was done, my car was ready to drive off. Tyler took the time to set the car up and show me all the features on 2020 and how to use the ones I wasn't familar with. I couldn't be happier with the experience at Waikem or with my new car. I'd recommend them to anyone and I will certainly be back for my next one. More

Bait and switch I went in to turn in my 2016 CRV lease and lease the same new vehicle. The ad on the website said $289 no money down plus tax and fees. The "deal" the salesman brought me was $299 with $3400 down. I called him on it and said I would pay $315 a month with $1700 down since my mileage was over. He quickly had me sign and started the paperwork. I just wanted the ordeal to be over. I have leased 5 vehicles from them and felt that I was being tricked into putting more cash down. He also said my $1000 Honda dealer cash for having multiple leases was reflected in the ad on the website. I am very upset with this dealership and the salesman. More
