I showed them the price that Carolyn quoted me, so they did match the price. I know it probably wasn't her intention but she did save me money locally. So too that I thanked her.... she was very understanding and courteous and wished me the best. I would definitely keep Waikem in mind for future purchases. More

Buying a new car I dealt with Jason Sponseller at Waikem Honda. I have nothing but the highest praise for the job that Jason did getting me my car. He was very upf I dealt with Jason Sponseller at Waikem Honda. I have nothing but the highest praise for the job that Jason did getting me my car. He was very upfront and showed a willingness to deal. He was also very helpful when I picked up the car in explaining all the bells and whistles. He was very honest with any questions that I had and I feel he did the best he could to get me the best bang for my buck. If I have one complaint, and this has nothing to do with Jason, it was with the on-line service. I saw the car that I wanted on-line as part of Waikem's inventory but when I got there, this car was not on the lot and Jason had to find my car at another dealership. I also have some issues with the Service Dept, but AGAIN, this has NOTHING to do with my buying experience with Jason which I rate as Excellent. More

I think it was fate, or maybe just luck that I ended up talking to Duane Carnathan. After about 5 minutes, I felt like I was talking to a friend. I ended up running him around the lot, looking at many cars, test driving several. He ended up picking out the one that I ended up buying. I am very happy with my purchase and shopping experience! Duane was very pleasant throughout, but also, very knowledgeable about Hondas. I left feeling great! I highly recommend Duane to anyone needing a car! More

TERRIFIC EXPERIENCE! My parents purchased their last Honda in 2004 and it now has over 200,000 miles so it was time for a replacement. I was shopping on behalf of my parents for a used Honda Civic with low miles at a reasonable price with the Honda certification. Duane Carnathan assisted me with looking at the cars available at the Honda lot and checking the availability/prices of used Civics at the other Waikem dealers. Duane was very helpful and friendly. I have experienced some very pushy car salesmen in the past at other dealerships but this was the complete opposite experience. We found a used Honda that was recently discounted that was perfect for my parents. My parents stopped at the dealership later that afternoon and Duane took them on a long test drive and explained all of the features of the car. My parents said that he was very patient and answered all of their questions. My parents purchased the car Saturday and picked it up on Monday. Duane reviewed the features again with my parents before they drove the car off of the lot and answered any last minute questions. I would highly recommend that if you are looking for a Honda that you request Duane to assist you. When I replace my Honda, I will be contacting Duane for assistance. More

Rebecca got with the technician and got it handled. I would highly recommend Waikem Honda for any future services. I will definitely ask for Rebecca on all my future visits.
