Terrible experience overall, had my car here had to get a full motor replacement. Finally get the car bring it home to not even have the car 24 hours and the check engine light was on, to find out the timing full motor replacement. Finally get the car bring it home to not even have the car 24 hours and the check engine light was on, to find out the timing positioning sensor was busted off when the NEW MOTOR WAS INSTALLED. And it was JB welded back on. Completely unacceptable. not only was that the case but the car was idioling at over 1500 rpms at stand still putting my family in danger of possible breaks not working or something more serious to happen. Brought the car back at this point knowing the sensor was jb welded back on for them go try and lie about it and had to make them admit the truth with the picture proof that we already had. Not only did we pay around 6500 for the motor replacement they put my kids life in danger letting this car leave there garage in this condition in the first place. Communication prior to getting the car back was insanely terrible had to call so many times for someone to complete or send what you ask for. Highly would not recommend the service center after this experience. More

Only gave a low review on the first person because I don’t know who that is and don’t recall speaking at all with this person. I didn’t like that simply going online to check out the inventory in advanc don’t know who that is and don’t recall speaking at all with this person. I didn’t like that simply going online to check out the inventory in advance of physically going to the dealership resulted in Geoff not getting the full commission from my purchase. He is who I dealt with and should be entitled to all of it. That policy needs to change! I liked the inventory selection at this dealership and Geoff and Colleen were 5 stars all the way! More
